A Redis cache flush caused elevated p99 latency on event listing endpoints. No data was lost. Resolved by scaling the cache layer.

Transactional emails (ticket confirmations) were delayed due to SMTP provider rate limiting. All emails were eventually delivered.
No incidents in the past 60 days before the above.
