By accessing or using EventOS Online ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@eventosonline.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
As an event organizer, you are responsible for: • The accuracy of all event information you publish • Delivering the event as described to attendees • Processing refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy • Compliance with all applicable laws (permits, capacity limits, data protection) • Any taxes applicable to ticket sales in your jurisdiction EventOS Online is a platform provider, not a co-organizer, and is not liable for events that are cancelled, postponed, or misrepresented.
Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. EventOS Online charges a platform fee on each paid ticket sale (see current pricing at eventosonline.xyz/subscribe). Fees are deducted before payouts. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of the event end date, subject to fraud review.
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. If an organizer cancels an event, attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of organizer cancellation.
You may not use the Platform to: • Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent events • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without express permission • Resell tickets above face value without organizer authorization • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
EventOS Online and its logo are trademarks of EventOS Online. Content you submit (event descriptions, images, etc.) remains yours; you grant us a licence to display and distribute it as part of the Platform's operation.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventOS Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including event cancellations or disputes between organizers and attendees.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EventOS Online is registered. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@eventosonline.xyz.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
